Fairway Hotel Kampala District, Uganda

Fairway Hotel was born in 1969 as one of Uganda’s first hotels by the Bandali Jaffer Family as part of the community response to Pope John Paul I’s first visit to Africa and was officially launched in February, 1971 by his Highness the Aga Khan with 50 operational rooms.
