As a Customer Support Specialist at Standard Intern, your responsibilities will include:

    •    Providing exceptional customer support via various channels including email, chat, and phone.
    •    Addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on platform features and functionalities.
    •    Investigating and resolving user-reported issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
    •    Documenting customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    •    Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development and engineering to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements.
    •    Contributing to the development and maintenance of customer support resources such as knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Requirements:

    •    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
    •    Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a tech startup or online platform environment.
    •    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Empathy and patience when dealing with users from diverse backgrounds.
    •    Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.
    •    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer support coverage.
