As a Project Manager at Standard Intern, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading project planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, and obtain buy-in for project plans.
• Managing project execution and monitoring progress against established timelines and budget, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project priorities and objectives.
• Providing regular project status updates and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
