As a Sales Representative at Standard Intern, your responsibilities will include:

    •    Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales strategies.
    •    Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Standard Intern’s platform to prospective clients.
    •    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and effectively position Standard Intern as the solution to their challenges.
    •    Negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    •    Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    •    Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and performance metrics.

Requirements:

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    •    Proven track record of success in sales
    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
    •    Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve sales objectives.
    •    Results-oriented mindset with a hunger for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    •    Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
    •    Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
