Key Deliverables: Watoto church is a church that is passionate about teenagers with a mission to champion a Christ centred culture amongst teenagers aged 12 – 18 years. I was placed to oversee 3 different campuses in a period of 5 years that is at Kansanga, Downtown and Bugolobi, where I worked with over 70 volunteers and 600 teenagers weekly both in schools an in the community (conducted outreaches, small community groups etc.), developed and run programs for teens, counselled teens, created monthly and quarterly meetings with stakeholders i.e. parents and facilitators, delivered projects to the students schools as they required and gave prepared weekly, monthly and bi-annual reports for accountability. I also served with the young adults in helping them transition from high school to university (by conducting leadership trainings and discipleship) working with over 50 young adults.
